Bodlondeb has five bedrooms and will sleep 11/12 people. The beds are equipped with comfortable fully sprung mattresses and are dressed with quality percale fitted sheets with either duvet sets or duvets and bedspreads. The rooms are decorated to give a light and airy ambiance with ceiling lights and bedside lights for reading. Bodlondeb has thick stone walls therefore every room enjoys a peaceful setting with little intrusion from the outside world, or open the windows and listen to the birds singing! Wake up to the morning sun from rooms 1, 3, 4 and 5.
Bedroom 1
The window faces south east therefore the room benefits from the morning sun.
Bedroom 2
The window overlooks the rock face bordering the garden and faces west and therefore benefits from the evening sun.
Bedroom 3
The room has an en-suite bathroom with basin, toilet and a bath with shower over.
The room is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling having two velux windows.
There is a large window overlooking the rear garden and a glass door allowing access to the garden in good weather.
Bedroom 4
The room has a view over to the river across an open grazing field opposite the property.
Bedroom 5
Is situated on the ground floor.
The room has a feature inglenook style fireplace inset with a floral display.
There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin adjoining the room accessed through the dining room.
This room would also be suitable for the infirm or elderly avoiding the stairs and with easy access to the bathroom.
The shower has a low 1 inch step and a wide access to facilitate an easy entry.
The room enjoys the same view to the river as room 4 but from ground level.
What a beautiful cottage & great hospitality. We had an amazing time & hope we can visit again.
